”Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.”
Timothy Galway
The Coaching Process:
Compared to other forms of training, coaching is a “just in time” learning method where current problems and challenges are dealt with. The Coach’s role is to give the key which unlocks an individual's potential, maximising the realisation of his or her potential within your company.
"A vision without action is a daydream
An action without vision is a nightmare"
Middle managers are the key players in realising organisation strategy. Their ability to lead is vital to the organisation moving in the right direction.
ANTROPE plans, in co-operation with the organisation and the manager, an individual development process which is customised to the manager's needs. It is equally as important for the manager and the organisation to have his/her own vision and mission to complete action plans and define success criteria.
STEP 1
An initial meeting to explain the coaching setup and to understand the customer's expectations, and to list success criteria and focus areas.
STEP 3
The following coaching sessions will be balanced on a focus of current challenges and more long-term goals.
STEP 4
Coaching process will be evaluated after each session in order to enhance the outcome and results for you as the customer.
STEP 2
First coaching session will be based on client background, values and focus areas. Actions in line with focus areas will be agreed and followed up in the next session.
Cristine C. Silke Hansen
CEO & International Business Coach
For the past 15 years, I have gathered solid experience as an International Business Coach for middle managers, top management and directors in small and large international organisations. Clients who I have worked with as a business coach & team developer have so far been from the IT, conference, hotel, tech, tele and medical business sectors. I have also been involved in a major cultural analysis project involving center managers and employees in a Danish Psychiatric Region. For several years I have been an external lecturer for Lederne (the biggest trade union organisation for managers in Denmark). I have 5 years of HR Development experience working for Nokia R&D, taking care of employee & leadership development, where I built a Nokia Corporate University. Another major assignment was being in charge, as project leader, in creating an extensive leadership development programme for all middle managers in Nokia R&D in Copenhagen.
My thesis was based on an "intercultural competence" case-study at a telecom joint venture company in Poland. I have travelled in 50 countries around the world and worked in several. The combination of my practical and theoretical background gives me a greater insight to the current challenges which many international companies and organisations experience in a global economy.
I have lived 13 years in Greenland and in 2008, I chose to join an expedition to cross the icecap of Greenland on skies from the west coast to the east coast. I had very little time to prepare for this expedition, and many of my mental skills and tools were important in completing the expedition. These are tools with which I can support my clients with in order to reach their goals. Check out the link below describing our "inspirational talk" based on the expedition across the icecap that can inspire you and your colleagues to move out of your comfort zone and go for higher and truly inspired goals and visions.
Living and working for international companies in London and Copenhagen has given me great expertise and experience from hightech, telecom and banking concerns. Using the work knowledge and results I have achieved along the way, I can pass this on and support my clients in achieving high performance results and job satisfaction in all business areas.
Besides my work experience, extensive educational background and travel experience I have a passion for martial art and have been practising wing tsun (kung fu) for the past eight years and like to continuously push my own personal boundaries for what I am able to accomplish and remove any limiting beliefs as I believe that we have endless potential and it's only a matter of finding out what we as human beings truly desire and then to follow our hearts true desires.
